Configuration Settings: News
These settings allow you to customise the News page on a global, library or individual site basis.
If you adjust any settings, remember to click on the Save Changes button before closing the Configuration tool.
Global Settings
WARNING: Changing certain fields in this section will update the corresponding fields in ALL libraries and ALL sites.

Excluded Folders
| List folders that should be excluded from display in the Update Document Status screen.
Enter each folder on a new line. |
Document Location - Path
| The location of the Process Library's Documents folder, for example: C:\Triaster\Documents. |
Document Location - URL
| The URL used to display documents, either relative, for example, /Documents or the full URL. |
Maps Heading
| Text to be displayed for the 'Maps' heading on the News page. |
Documents Heading
| Text to be displayed for the 'Documents' heading on the News page. |
News Heading
| Text to be displayed for the 'News' heading on the News page. |
Feedback Heading
| Text to be displayed for the 'Feedback' heading on the News page. |
Enabled
| If ticked, the News tab will be visible. |
Root Document Path
| The common path to the documents folder which should not be displayed on the Update Document Status screen,
for example, C:\Triaster\Documents. |
Library Settings

Select the library you want to configure from the dropdown list.

Site Settings
If you have not already done so, select the library containing the site you want to configure from the dropdown list at the top of the Library Settings section.
Then, select the site to be configured from the Site Setting's dropdown list.
NOTE: Changing fields in this section will update the corresponding field in the selected site in the selected library ONLY.
